Situated in 12 acres of grounds amongst the magnificent scenery of North Devon, Downrew House is a family-run hotel offering comfortable accommodation and superb home cooking, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We welcome children and animals provided they are accompanied by house-trained owners, and we offer plenty of activities on site, including an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, 5-hole pitch and putt course and full-size snooker table. The
accommodation
We
have six rooms in the main house and six in the adjoining coach house, three
with ground floor access. All have en suite facilities. We have a mix of double
and twin rooms, some large enough to accommodate two adults and one child. Two
of the rooms in the main house are family suites, each sleeping two adults and
two children.
Downrew House, though secluded, is only four miles from historic Barnstaple and is perfectly placed for exploring the Tarka Trail, Dartmoor and Exmoor.
